Yes, it is the weekly trend, while I didn’t mention that here, in every other article, I mention that.
When I say maintaining your weigh after losing it is easy, I mean it is EASIER than losing it. It’s by no means easy as such.
Also, yes, stress is a massive factor. Cortisol increases wreck your fat loss progress plus cause weight gain.
