Wow I am surprised at how wowwing this simple piece of advice is. In a world that says jump the f*ck out of your comfort zone, get uncomfortable asf, this is a gem.

Just now, I did something that I would deem as uncomfortable but not too much. And I was gloating in happiness and satisfaction.

It's by tiny baby steps that we can grow out of your comfort zone
