This should be an article of its own Joe, I love how you’ve explained it. I’ve also only scratched the surface of estrogenics — and yes, I agree that these changes would only have marginal benefits compared to the big four.
That’s why I listed the big four in the final section — sleep, sunlight, diet, staying lean.
Without those optimized, all these changes won’t help.
But WHEN you have those optimized (like you or I for instance), it’s definitely worth looking at even marginal changes that may individually not be statistically significant but put together cause a compound effect?
Also, it’s worth noting that research and science are largely funded and even controlled by governments and big companies.
So as you said there could be selective lobbying by one group against the other to drive sales up.
Coming to you’re point of being healthy and cut AF, I’m the same and yes, I’ve never looked into Estrogenics until recently.
