The main pitfall of capitalism. Out of all the systems we have currrently. capitalism is unarguably the best but this is the problem with it.

The solution is what some countries are already doing - a mix of capitalism and socialism. Provide for the basic needs till the individual is 16 or 18 and then it's capitalism from then. It's nice because it gives everyone almost equal oppurtunities
