The amount of bullshit in this post is ZERO. I love this, this makes so much sense and is true. I would initially get pissed off that major publications took more than 7 days to get back and if I had a piece rejected, most of them wouldn't give any feedback.

But as you said, I realized that they are busy, human and their job is to find what they think readers will love.
