The 10-year rule seems interesting - something like that for elected politicians - be it double the tenure but it's an interesting idea to take a step back and rejig life.

Takes real guts and conviction to stick to a rule made long back ago - not to mention quit from such a senior position at one of the planet's biggest companies.
