As to NEAT, it is not 80% of TDEE but more than 80% of a person's physical activity energy expenditure. My bad, thanks for pointing it out.
Btw according to the same paper, NEAT is usually around 15% for the average sedentary person but it has been shown to be as high as 50% for highly active individuals (mostly blue collar job workers).
Thank you so much for pointing it out. My intention is never misinformation and I usually carefully verify my claims but this time, I overlooked this slightly and I also assumed that BMR comes under NEAT.
