Regarding Chronotypes Silija, I am not fully sure they're set in stone - I used to be. a "night owl" in college, then an "early riser", and now a mix of it all.
But if it's working for you, it is! That's the whole point. Your 2-3 PM timing is perfect imo - see what I wrote for taxing type #2 exercises.
