Really glad you wrote this post Tom! You're one of the biggest names here and I'll be honest, your recent disses of Medium felt a tad too entitled and ungrateful.

But I'm glad you wrote this - Medium's trying to do something no other platform in the world does. As with all new things, it's taking time.
