Please reread the point (it's #13 btw). I said cardio isn't necessary - not that it isn't helpful.

My point was fat loss is 100% possible without any cardio.

As a Muay Thai boxer, my training involves a lot of cardio as well.

And I've never been leaner in my life. Just that it's a tool that must be wielded cleverly
