One of the best pieces of advice I have come across in a while now.

Nothing is absolutist and as rosy as people make things out to be.

"You can achieve anything you can dream of" is absolute B.S. Circumstances, genetic potential, luck, and hard work go into the mix and of these you can control only one factor, only how you work.
