One Easy Technique Helped Me Meditate Deeply (When Nothing Else Worked)
‘Sahaj’ can calm even the most anxious and restless of beginners

An infinite silent sea of dazzlingly bright darkness.
That’s the closest I can get to describing deep meditation in words.
Not the sham “Sit with your eyes closed for 2 minutes” meditation trumpeted by success “gurus.” We’re talking deep meditation with a capital ‘D.’
Deep meditation is a tunnel into Turiya or pure consciousness itself! A state 99% of us never (bother to) unlock. We pass our lives in the 3 lower states:
- Jagrath (Wakefulness) — the state of walking, talking, complaining, and comparing.
- Svapna (Dreaming) — be it nostalgic reflection, daily reveries, or dreamy fantasies.
- Sushupti (Deep sleep) — the default of deep sleepers that anxious light sleepers envy.
