Okay wow, I don't even drink coffee but I take a caffeine preworkout. Around 200mg every morning, no wonder I feel like a thrumming machine for hours after the workout as well.

A tightening pit in my stomach that wanes off only be evening. I should try quitting caffeine and seeing how it goes
