My only problem with real estate is the lack of liquidity and the problem of having a large chunk of money tied up to one place in one geographical location.

Stocks, index funds, or crypto on the other hand are super liquid and super convenient.

But I still see the value in real estate, I'll maybe start dipping my hands in it soon
