I find myself striking up conversations with the people who I see regularly be it the butcher, egg vendor, a neighbour etc. and it feels good.

Wanting to connect with more people I even started calling up acquaintances some of whom became really good friends as we were able to relate well with each other.

You will be surprised at how many friends and meaningful human relations you can make when you just look around and make an attempt to connect.
