Love this and I totally concur. Also, I needed this. Just got off a call with my EM and it was a mixed feeling when he told me how high he, my director, and other senior employees felt my potential was. But that they didn't feel I was living up to it.

With constant thought of quitting and my focus split across the job, writing, personal stuff, and other ideas, no wonder I'm not performing well.

But this gave me assurance of the fact that I should keep my job (both chill and high-paying) quite a while longer - until I see how my pursuits pan
