I take quite some care of my "ferraford" but most don't and its a pity. The number one reason people give is being too busy.

Since when have we become so busy that we stopped taking care of ourselves? And what's the point of being that busy.

I believe self-care needs to be somewhere around the top in everyone's priority list.
