…lding a mirror of my website with Ghost this weekend. This is the first step of a lengthy process — when I set up my WordPress mirror of Medium, it took a few months of work. I imagine transitioning from WordPress to Ghost will be a similar amount of work.

Justin, I (and many others for sure) would LOVE to see an article on this.
I've been considering building my Medium mirror with Ghost - the only pain point has been setting the canonical links for 500+ odd articles here on Medium post the migration.
I'd love to know how you did it with Wordpress
