I love the static stretching bit and how you have simplified the science and logic behind it.
Static stretching can completely destroy your strength training session. It not only doesn’t do good but also does bad, a lot of it.
I still remember the day when I static stretched my hamstrings before deadlifting and boom, worst deadlift session of my life.
