I disagree. “Fit” is a blanket term. To just stay fit, you don’t even need the gym. Just eating decently clean and doing quick bodyweight workouts can get you “fit”.
A busy lifestyle is just an excuse. Also, if you talk about being serious about fitness, that’s a different ballgame.
For me, fitness or working out is at the top of the totempole. It takes away 3 to 4 hours in total everyday but would I rather be doing anything else?
