Hey Deepti! Your point is absolutely valid. That is exactly what is metabolic damage and hormones crashing.
The key to fixing it is reverse dieting or taking a diet break. Kindly check the article out again.
I added a section explaining this in detail. I am no expert either but I've successfully lost weight and kept it off.
