Excellent story. Ever since I ventured into Finance, the time value of money is something that has been forged into my brain.

In fact, basic finance is pretty darn simple. All you have to do is beat inflation, that's all.

As you said, personal finance is worth learning. In fact , it is necessary to learn or you will have to constantly dish out bucks to a financial planner or even worse f*** up your finances.
