Excellent article Kirstie! I can resonate so much with what you have said especially with the not having to prove people wrong. I used to be obsessed with proving people wrong, dedicating my energy to prove myself to people, glow up in their eyes etc.

I am a big believer in balance and hence do not believe in the idea of hustle.

Working hard for your professional goals while sidelining friends, family and other things isn't worth it at all.
