Amazing one Thom! The third one is an especially subtle and unnoticed one. Meetings are overcomplicated and overused for apparently no good reason. Not only are they a waste of time but also a waste of effort and brain power as they cause a lot of mental drain.

Getting back to work after a day of long meetings must be super frustrating.
