Absolutely true Stephanie! I have tried IF and not having to eat or the compulsion to eat being gone is freeing.
When I go on a cut, I kind of do something similar to IF, where I don't have anything apart from a protein shake for 14 to 16 hours and I can not only have larger meals but I also don't have to worry about not eating.
