Absolutely true! Most think they are working out hard enough but they aren't.

I see people supposedly training close to failure but they are in reality nowhere even close.

Feeling hungry after a workout is one of the best indicators of a good workout. In fact not feeling hungry but feeling extremely exhausted is also a sign of overtraining.
