A 80-20 eating habit would be a better and more realistic here - get 80% of your calories from healthy whole foods and give yourself permission to enjoy the remaining 20%.
The same 80-20 can be applied at an intra-meal level too - make sure 80% of a meal is composed of healthy whole foods and the remaining 20% can be for treats.
Can also be applied at an inter-meal level - 80% of your daily meals can be healthy + whole_food-only. The rest 20% (if 5 meals a day, this will be 1) can be a splurge meal. Make sure you balance the calories and don't go overboard with it here though
